During the Christmas "all 3 wick candles $9.50" sale, 2019, before 9 am: well staffed, very organized and all reps were very helpful. Manager was on the floor actively ensuring all employees had organized breaks and new employees coming on shift understood where everything was going and why. I even heard him discussing with an employee the safety limits they had on the heights for the displays, which REALLY made me happy was I watched parents navigate the store with strollers loaded with bored and sleepy kids. The store was open really early (5:30 am according to the website) but all employees had a smile on their face and were patient at the counter as I looked for a coupon. Love this store and I highly recommend getting on their email list because it has the best coupons! Who doesn't love saving money on wonderful stuff?? I love their hand soaps and buy them regularly for every sink in the house! They are gentle on your hands, smell great, and clean your hands very well! The staff are always friendly and very helpful and the store always smells so great! Highly recommend and will be back soon!!!

SHELBY WAS THE BEST!!!! she helped me find the perfect sent; let me know about all the recent deals; and was beyond kind, respectful, energetic, and just over all awesome. Really made my experience worth while.
