Bath & Body Works

I had asked an associate for assistance finding a fragrance, to which I politely said “Do you know where that’s at?”, the associate then corrected my question and adjusted the grammar (“Could you show me where it is?”), as though I had said something terribly rude to her. While I may be able to ignore the grammar adjustment, they also placed their hand on my back and waited for me to accept the correction. This felt extremely patronizing. I am deeply upset because I was planning on spending my money here, but I have an issue spending my money at a place that treats their customers like school children. I am a frequent Bath and Body Works customer and have never been treated like this at any other location. If you are planning to shop here I would advise going to the other Bath and Body Wor

I can never pass up a Bath and Body Works. Buy 3 get 3 free! Always best sale ever. Prices were same or a couple of dollars cheaper than home. There is no more Fresh Getawy so I had to find something close to it. Ended up with the Gingham scent. Again loads of people but they had plenty of sales associates to help and answer questions. Thanks Ladies! You rock. ❤️ 👍

Always one of my favorite shops. It was my first time visiting the outlets and since there was one here of course I had to go in! They are always so helpful and have a great selection and had the new fall items out

A very well-organized Bath & Body Works location!

Love bath and body works! Everyone working was very nice and helpful. Stocked up on seasonal favorites at the semi-annual sale. I also had a return which I forgot the receipt at home and the ladies working did a great job helping me exchange my items.
