Over the years, I’ve visited this location, and even though I live about 15 miles away, I always prefer to shop here. This morning was a perfect reminder of why I make the trip. I placed an order the night before and needed it by 11:00 a.m. I arrived around 10:05 a.m. and hadn’t received the email saying my order was ready. I explained that I was on a time crunch and had a 20-minute drive ahead of me. The associate fulfilling orders mentioned that she had over 100 orders to complete and that she normally has to fill them in order, so she wasn’t sure she would be able to get to mine on time. Every single time i go with my wife and our baby we feel the manager is behind us like checking if we are stealing and hell no, i do work hard to pay everything we want from BBW, it has been like that for a long time until yesterday that she was very obvious with us, one thing is make sure everything is ok in the store and another way different one is be walking around with a really bad attitude, i though it was just with us but checking the reviews i can say that there's something odd with her, 2 years going there to get our favorite items and now we have to go to another location, we always had a bad time instead of have a nice moment shopping in family at The Forum. The day you have a better person in charge we will go back there.

I went to this location yesterday twice. On the first visit, I was there to take advantage of my birthday rewards. Everything went smoothly, and it was a pleasant transaction. The second visit was not so pleasant. I went in to shop a double order for a shopping app. The associate who helped me the first time was in the front of the store greeting and assisting other customers. The items I needed were in the back of the store near the register. There was a woman there who was there the first time, but she was ice cold. I asked her for assistance finding an item and she was almost hostile with me, so I found the other items quickly. When I went to the register, I waited for approximately 3-5 minutes while that same person said absolutely nothing as she was standing less than six feet away fr

Literally walked in (mind you I was the ONLY one in the store around 5:15 p.m. this Monday) no one was there to assist me and instead of asking if I needed assistance a sales rep just follow me to the area that I went to and said nothing yet pretend that they were doing some type of work even though they were chit-chatting when I walked in.... I actually did need help but still no help offered so I just went ahead and left... it gets one star because they said welcome to Bath & Body Works and have a nice day as entered and I left (side note, I am not a rude or negative person my demeanor is extremely cheerful and I'm always smiling so it's not a dig at the corporation just the staff need some improvement)

The location is small & needs better lighting. NONE of the employees that made eye contact with me greeted me upon arrival. If this is an underperforming store, it makes total sense why.
