placed a large pick up order from here and when i got home to check there were about 3 items missing, very unfortunate and disappointing... will likely not use this place in the future

I love it here. I come to get soap and body wash. Great scents! And the workers are always very nice and helpful.

Rude customer service. While shopping for candles, a sales associate scolded my wife for a drawer being open, which she hadn't even open or touched. We were confused why she was so rude. This occurred 12/14/24 at 6:42 pm. Won't be coming back stick to the mall.

Went into store to purchase an item that said it was available online. Was told by the associates that they couldn’t actually sell me said item “as it wasn’t in there pos system yet”. I went ahead and placed an instore pick up order for the SAME ITEM and prepaided for it online 4 hours before closing. I did not receive a text to pick up my already paided for item until 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. Absolutely appalled at this behavior and genuinely questioning if it was because of my darker complexion.

So happy B&BW is finally in Newtown! The shop is super clean and the shop itself is well displayed and stocked and I was able to find what I was looking for easy! Not to mention, the staff was super friendly and they were super helpful!
