The sales are so worth the trip. Love the products. Just found out my favorite scent comes in shampoo and conditioner

I only go in if I am on a mission to buy something specific! ie lotion, body mist or spray, or a candle. The fragrance in the store is too heavy, as I have an allergy. However, I can always count on the store to have what I want. And there's almost always a coupon sent in the postal mail. I just usually forget to bring it, and they will not honor it using your email or phone number. The candles are expensive, but they last forever and only need to be lit less than an hour to fully large space. I usually make a trip around the holidays when there are plenty of deals. I like to make baskets and gift bags for neighbors and family.

I walked in for an exchange, and came out with additional purchases. This store has to have something in the air, that entice you to buy! What's left to say, It's Bath and Body Works! You will like something, if not EVERYTHING in the store.

Small place to be in a mall. But stocked very well. It was clean & organized. The young ladies that were walking around helping everyone, were very helpful. The 2 at the cash register were in a daze I asked several questions & they were not helpful. One with long black straight hair & the other a blonde. I tried to type in my number twice but she kept messing up the process so I just told her don't worry & I left. I bought $60 worth of body sprays & lotions. They had a great deal $5.95 for sprays & lotions etc.🥰

I placed an order for in store pick up. Took 2 days to receive notification it was ready. Inside the store is so crowded that it's uncomfortable. Almost need a fire marshall in store to maintain safety. There are too many displays and during their big sales too many people in these already crowded stores. The roped off lines for the main registers are confusing and adds to the chaos. On line/in store pick ups were not at main registers which meant going to another line for pick-ups. I did not see any signs stating pick-ups were located elsewhere. Improved signage would help. I thought shipping was a little bit expensive for my order but will rethink this if I order during their big sales. Soap sale was fantastic though.
