Oh. My. Gosh. I had the absolute best experience at Bath and Body works!! I walked in looking to purchase a candle for my mother and I left with 10!!! I walk in and an associate named Nick comes to my aid. I tell him I was looking for a nice smelling vanilla candle. He offers me a PERFECT one. He then asked that other scents I enjoy. I wasn’t even shopping for myself and I told him I like floral scents and he knew exactly where to bring me. From there, I was hooked. He just kept on finding the perfect scents for my nose. This is over the course of about 30 minutes! He was sooo attentive and kind. I didn’t feel like I was being “upsold”. Our banter was witty and playful and it seemed like he wanted me to have them because I wanted them. I’ve felt ostracized before at different establishment

It was very crowed but everyone was excited and the workers kept a smile and treated every customer really nice. They had so much to choose from that I came back two more times after the first time. I also received my birthday🎂 gift and a free candle. Newnan Ga Bath and Body Works you rocks.🙂

Man my collection is never complete... I love the taste of life and goodness when I come in here... the ladies and guys are also great with their helpful ideas and I always find a new scent even if I walk in the next day after leaving. The sales are amazing and my pockets thank me for staying clean..lol!

This Bath and Body Work has the best customer service every time i come in. If you're looking for something, They will do their best to help you find it. They are very helpful, kind, respectful, clean, and always have a smile on their face.

In store experience is awesome. However, I’ve spent the last 24 hours trying to contact them for assistance with an order I have set for pickup. 0 stars! Long wait times, store doesn’t answer, I requested a call back on the customer service line, nothing! Chat times are long waits with 200+ ppl waiting for assistance. I finally get through to chat this morning after being number 88! Only for the rep to avoid my frustration and try to upsell me and then say I need to contact the store. Then offered 20% off my next purchase! I don’t need compensation, I need help! I expressed the frustration on contacting them and being unable to, so I requested a supervisor. However, both supervisors and managers are all on vacation. How ironic! Here I am again waiting on the phone for the 100th time trying
