Great experience! I was greeted by an employee immediately upon walking in the door, and he helped me find what I needed in the store right away. The other employees I spoke with during checkout and on my way out of the store were all pleasant and friendly. The store itself was as well-organized and uncluttered. No notes!

I am highly disappointed in the service I received today, 10/15/25 around 5:20pm @ the fashion center location. I believe the person's name was Kayla who was in charge and was the person that was incredibly rude. I was making an even exchange from a BOPIS order that I picked up from Prices Corner yesterday. Because it was buy online pickup up in-store, their system apparently requires that it be processed as a no receipt return and requires an ID. I did enter my phone number that links to my rewards account and provide my license. I was making an even exchange for different scents. While the cashier was scanning the items that were being returned, they rang up as $14 and change even though the original price was $19.95. Do not come here after 8 PM. The hours on here on Google are wrong. The store closes at 8 PM not 9 PM. I drove 20 minutes to the store to only be told to go back home. A waste of time and gas. Corporate needs to update the hours on here because the store is not honoring the time that is posted on here of 9 PM.

I mainly go for the candles. I wish they made their sales more public because nothing irks me more than to miss a candle sale because I found out too late.

Fully stocked and very friendly. Much easier to access and plenty of space to walk around the store.
