Bath & Body Works

I went in this location because I got a coupon online. I was greeted when I came but was asked every minute if I needed help or something to that effect. It made me super uncomfortable and I felt like they were being invasive to me and not the other customers there. I’ll stick to the one in the palisades mall.

I went in on my day off excited to dilly dally with not a care in the world. I open the door & wasn’t greeted so I said hello to the first employee I saw. They didn’t smile or say hello they said “interview” again in a very short tempered tone. I said “i’m unclear of what you’re asking me.” & they replied “are you here for an interview.” I said “No I am not I am here to casually shop on my day off.” I was embarrassed by her actions & it ruined my shopping experience as a long time customer of bath & body works. I asked her if she was the manager she said yes. I said “I hope this is not how you greet people who are looking for work for you. You may want to boost morale a little more.” Needless to say the manager Sharon embarrassed me & then kept trying to make small talk with me saying “you

The parking was terrible. There was nowhere close to park, the lots were full - and I was only there to pick up an online order. Store staff were busy, so I was NOT greeted, even the two that were stocking the floor - NOT even a hello. Once I got to the register, I got a friendly hello. For the inflated prices they charge, the entire experience should have been friendly, warm and helpful. For reference - I usually order by the dozens, and was reying to avoid shipping fees.

This place has a full line of all bath salts which are incredibly relaxing you cannot find this at other places for this itself I'm giving them a five star Crews helpful good stuff decent prices adds a 5 star

It was five minutes before closing, and they couldn’t even let me in to grab some thing really quick that I needed. The workers in here just seem to be inconsiderate and unthoughtful. I’ll probably be spending more time at the New Jersey locations now. Really a bummer since I come around this area often because I love the stores in this mall.
