How can they not find my house suddenly, I have been a loyal customer for decades and suddenly I have shipping delays, missed orders and incorrect information in my profile that's not changing by my account. Do NOT USE THE APP!! You will end up wanting to chunk your phone
I have used BBW products for decades but the quality of their products; and their customer service has bottomed out. I tried to return a faulty wallflower plug in that leaked out the bottom onto my floor. I was told they no longer accept any returns. I will no longer purchase my wallflowers; hand soaps; or candles from them since they do not stand behind their products.
They have decent sales, nice array of plug-in scents, gifts of wide varieties for yourself as n others. It's easy to spend more than you want, though, so be careful. LOL
Great coupons! BBW candles are my favorite way to scent the house. Very helpful staff. Always a pleasure to shop there.
