Nicole is the best! She’s always helping us find new scents to try, has a wonderful memory, and is an absolute pleasure to speak with, every single visit! Truly a highlight of this location, and B&BW is extremely fortunate to have her on their team.

Came looking for a replacement cream and found good options. Best part was the deal- buy some, get more for free. Their lotions are excellent.

I love BBW and it's products. but what I found out today is that the customer service is not the same in every location. I was shopping in the Myrtle Beach Market Commons location today and had a $18 reward to spend. I chose three 3 wick candles on sale (a really great deal!) and took them to the front register to pay. The clerk was an elderly woman. I didn't get her name and she was not identified on the receipt, but she was the only senior staff person in the store at that time. When I brought the candles to the front and showed her my reward total, she informed me that I could not spend rewards on sale items; only on products that were full price. That is quite fine. I understand that. So then I went and picked out two gel hand soaps totaling $18 for my reward. She rang me out, and at f

Pricing policy results in purchasing more than you need. We do like alot of their products like bodywashes and sprays.
