The people at this store are so friendly. They let me in to purchase a gift basket promo thing when the store was about to close they were a life saver and super friendly !

Holiday hours are not clear When I got to the store on Labor Day around 7:40 pm, it had a couple of people inside, including one person at the counter, but the door was locked I made eye contact with the other person inside, who didn’t give me any clear indication that it was closed (probably because the sign on the door said it closed at 8 pm, about 20 minutes after I arrived)

Took advantage of my daughters, they had receipt for full price over $10.00 for 6 items, when returning items, but only received 3.00 each. When I went in to clarify, manager Abby said there was nothing she could do, and when I asked for name or contact information for someone who could help she declined to share. Abby, if you are fully transparent there is nothing wrong with sharing helpful information with a customer as you said you couldnt help. Avoid this store!

Terrible experience system crash in middle of transaction and they going inform me I would have to call customer service smh terrible customer service. They all useless staff including manger !

Nice store. They didn't have all the products that they showed online and were supposed to be in the store. I have an issue with my reward pts not updating whenever I shop at bath and body.
