Only giving one star per my experience with one friendly associate Robert at register, ladies at front were just talking amongst themselves , no greeting just plain stares when walking in , if you need assistance you must ask for it because they could walk beside you and act like you aren’t even there and bother to ask if you need any assistance or anything you are looking for. I’ve had better experiences at other locations around Los Angeles and OC , regional manager if you are reading this might be time to train staff to do a better job at treating customers or just anyone who walks in to browse store.

This is my first time picking up an online order in this store. I requested for paperbags for 7 sets of gifts I purchased, and they said no. I beg to atleast 5, but the staff said NO and never tried. She said she'll check and see but never left where she was standing. This is the only store who does not offer paperbags for gifts. Now, I had to wrap everything I purchased. I should have ordered everything individually online and let them get busy packing everything individually.

This is one of my daughter's favorite places. All the staff did their great job with a smile and great service. We enjoyed shopping here.

I went in around Christmas time and this one cashier her name was Sophia, she was really friendly and fast at her job! made my experience very welcomed

Love this store, very sweet gals help you here! The store was very neat and organized. The best thing about this store is everyone is very helpful, picking up was quick and easy, and everyone has great customer service! I’m so glad I bought from here, this will be my only B&BW store from now on <3
