My friend and I decided to do some out of town Christmas shopping. As a disabled person, shopping can be overwhelming. Margaret was extremely helpful in making my shopping experience disability friendly. She was patient, kind, and understanding. I really appreciate people like her. It makes shopping enjoyable instead of stressful. I got everything I needed. My friend also loved her gift. That's a Christmas win in my book.❤️

EXCUSE ME, bath and body works: I spend hundreds of dollars per year on your products & was hassled in this store about exchanging a candle that arrived broken in my online order. The employee also shared that the return policy is changing soon, which doesn't matter in this case because my item-- that I paid for---ARRIVED broken. I'm not the customer that brings back their 5 year old wallflowers for new ones because they don't smell anymore, etc. I am appalled & disgusted!

I had a disappointing experience at this store due to the behavior of the manager on duty. In the middle of my transaction, while the employee was assisting me and literally had my cash in her hand, the manager abruptly stopped everything and told her to go lock the doors—leaving my transaction hanging. To make matters worse, the manager then tried to ring me and another customer up at the same time, creating confusion and making the situation even more uncomfortable. It felt rushed, disorganized, and inconsiderate. Customer service should be a priority, especially when people are spending their hard-earned money. I’ve passed by the store multiple times not really know what to choose how to mix it. What smell I was looking for well for this day when I open up the door I was greeted by Maria. Maria was very knowledgeable personable walk me to each selection helping me mix the fragrances so I can smell so good if you have the opportunity to go into the store and need help Look for Maria she’ll be the shining star at the beginning of your experience. Tried store pick up through the app for the first time and it was quick and super easy. Picking it up was fast and convenient, however, the items I purchased were DISGUSTING! At first I just assumed it was product residue and was just going to wipe it off but the entire bottle was sticky and had dirt caked under the lid of the product. This was a Mother’s Day gift…they should really check the products while they shop these orders.
