Best location! Convenient, clean, great area to shop, and can easily walk to surrounding other favorite stores. The women that work here are always very friendly and helpful and always willing to answer our questions and help us find something if we can’t see what we are looking for. Knowledgeable and just a fun store to go in. Love trying out all the scents and lotions especially when they’re on sale! I go here on a regular basis so I’ll definitely be returning! :)

Out of all the stores that I have gone to this one is my absolute favorite! The people that work inside are super sweet and very knowledgeable. They’re very well stopped as well as clean. I think I have gone maybe once a week for the last two or three weeks. This is my new favorite and automatic go to store location.

I placed my very first order through their app and before I could go pick it up, I received an email that it had been picked up. When I called the store about it I was told there was a mistake and they gave my order to someone else. She reassure me I would have my order when I pick it up. Sadly when I went to pick up my order they tried to give me someone else order, I told them that was not my order and she went in the back and couldn't find my order. She asked me what I order and when she went to fill the order they couldn't fill my order completely. When I asked who the manager was she said she was. I told her how disappointed I was and that these ideas were a gift and this being my first time ordering off the app, she apologized and blamed the staff that was new. That's not a very go

Bought two products today and I thought my daughter grabbed both and didn’t realize until I got home she didn’t have one of them. So we turned around and had to drive all the way back into Monroe and to the store just for them to tell me there nothing they can do, Even showing the receipt and just being there. So I was out the money I payed for the perfume . I called corporate and they told me 100 percent that is not how they are to handle the situation. They said they should have done a return or exchange . Also they said I could go in the store and tell them or I could call corporate and have corporate talk to them.
