Great customer service……not really! Was shopping with my 5 year old who had to go the bathroom, still somewhat potty training. She asked to used the restroom which was responded with No public restroom! She’s 5! She then started crying so I dropped my basket of stuff and walked out! Update she peed her pants in the car and I will never go back to bath and body works again. Thank you
Very nice place. Super clean. I was super excited to come in since it’s new. but the girl that checked me out was very rude and not very friendly which made the whole experience horrible.
