I recently placed an online order and received both my order confirmation email and the subsequent pickup notification. When I went to the store to pick it up, the associate was unable to locate my order in the system despite several attempts over approximately five minutes. The manager then stepped in to assist but was also unable to find it. After about ten minutes, another associate suggested simply checking the rack for my name—and the order was there. While I appreciate that the order was eventually found, this entire experience took roughly 20 minutes. This defeats the purpose of the “buy online, pick up in-store” experience,which is meant to be quick and convenient.

I went there to find some new scents to spruce up my home and was greeted by a very nice man. He was very friendly and encouraged me to buy more than I came in for. Very persuasive and convincing. Will come again, love the service and candles

I don't know what's not to love here?! They've expanded so much on products. Their candles are my total favorite. And every time I've been there, which has been numerous times, there's ALWAYS someone asking if I need help, and normally I do so I love that about them. They bag and package everything so nice so nothing breaks. I could go on and on! I love this place!!

Not happy at all that you have changed your Bodywash formula. VitaminE is gone and now has VitaminB. Leaves my skin feeling unclean and sticky. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for 30 years, to not be purchasing bodywash now : (

I’ve been shopping at B&B for as long as I can remember. Went to this location last night and to my surprise I wasn’t greeted or even said hello to by the woman working there. I walked by her at least 5 times and she never spoke a word. Usually everyone working at B&B are very helpful, kind and always speak. I even looked directly at this employee 3 times and she still didn’t acknowledge me once. The only time we were spoken to was at checkout and that employee had just started her shift and she was very friendly. Great sale but the customer service here was mediocre.
