One of the best customer service experiences you can have on such a busy day like Valentine’s Day. One of the cashiers went above and beyond to help me with a pickup order that wasn’t ready yet, since I was going to be out of town. I can’t remember her name because of how hectic everything was, but overall everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Bath and Body! 5 people working, no greetings, no help. Manager at the register would not look up and check us out, told one of the 5 younger ladies working to get on a register, they all just stated at us and walked off. My granddaughter and I put our purchases up and walked out of the store. I will never go back there

Cashiers are rude and clueless. We waited in a VERY LONG line to get to the front (there were two lines) and when we got there, the cashier asked if I had an online order. I said no, I had a full basket of items I was wanting to purchase. She said "well, you have to go to THAT line", pointing to the other VERY LONG line. There was no one behind me in my present line. I said, "are you serious? There are no signs that say this is for online orders only and there's no one behind me. Can't you just check me out?" She glared at me and said, "nope, other line!". So I went to the back of the other line after already waiting in line for 30 minutes and AS SOON as I walked away, the cashier motioned for people to start checking out at her register. Kelley gets 5/5! Best customer service I’ve ever received at ANY bath and body works. My husband and I have been laughing at their joke about Tomato Girl Summer for a week now. lol

My absolutely love love love this store!!!! I always stock up my body sprays and shower gels. I also love to stock up on my wallflower refills and hand soaps. The great thing is, you can buy hand sanitizer and they even carry men fragrances for that special guy in your life. I always pick up something for my hubby. He likes this store too. 🥰 Glad I got him on board because now he goes and picks me up so goodies. They have cute hand sanitizer holders, and lots of others things that you could find for anyone.
