Bath & Body Works

Store is very organized and well stacked. Employees however are divided to 2 groups, those who really went out of their way to help, and those i needed to play catch with them in the store. Store manager was not having it and for the short time I was there, argued with 3 customers.

Today I was in a hurry and received help from Makenzie! She helped me pick out gifts for my friend birthday! She was a sweet heart! Thank you! I will be shopping at her his location again!

Most of the employees are really nice and most of the time get my online orders correct but I had an experience with an employee at the register when I was trying to pick up my order I gave her the last 4 numbers of my order number and she asked for my name, I told her and she gets loud talking about “WHO??!?!” And naturally, I start spelling my name out loudly because she was talking like she couldn’t hear so she went to go see where my order was, she came back talking about “that ain’t right could it be under someone else’s name” I said “no” & showed her my email that it sent when the order was ready & she rolled her eyes & kept looking then came back with a whole different attitude saying someone put it on the wrong shelf like that’s my fault? & she just threw my bag on the counter & to

I wish I could rate higher ! Each employee went above and beyond to help me. While I checked out the cashier (Taylor) was extremely helpful in assisting me while trying to get the best deal for my purchase. She was calm and made sure I left happy. Thank you Taylor !!

After trying to pick up an online order at the Oakwood store turned into a debacle (see review) I quickly reordered to pick up here while the sale was still on. (The night before pickup here were unavailable). It went like clockwork. I quickly got everything I'd ordered and the staff was SO pleasant.
