Bath & Body Works

I just left the Mesa Gateway Bath & Body Works and had to stand in line three separate times for the exact same purchase. The first time was my fault—the original clerk and I both missed the coupon. I stood back in line to retrieve the free item, but when I brought one up, I was told it was too small. I walked away to grab the correct size while she returned to ringing my items. However, instead of letting me complete the transaction, she insisted I stand back in line a third time. I try not to complain, but the sales clerk showed no customer service at all. I understand that customer service jobs aren’t easy, and not everyone is cut out for them. At times the role can feel thankless, but as a customer service professional you represent the company and have the power to make or break some

I’m sad to see such negative reviews for this location or any Bath & Body Works for that matter as my experiences are always well. While this location was very, very busy today we were still greeted and able to find all we were looking for. Great sale prices around the holidays as well. I will say the cashier we had was a little snooty, but still efficient. I think by the way she was talking she was frustrated with another employees lack of knowledge on something. Which should’ve been handled away from the guests.

The employees here are SO KIND!! Leslie is the best! She is so so friendly and helpful!

Awful customer service. My husband was picking up an order for me, so placed the pickup in his name. Email confirmation says as much. He gets to this store and they will not give him the order despite it being placed in his name due to their mislabeling. Utterly ridiculous worst experience I’ve ever had at one of these locations and that is saying something. Maybe don’t treat your customers like criminals for your mistakes.
