I just had to take a moment to shout out Hayley, the store manager at Bath & Body Works, for her truly outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help resolve an issue that wasn’t even her fault, it was a shipping issue that was getting the buck passed on, and she did it all with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Completely redeeming my loyalty to the brand. Thanks!

I never use to like going or buying from B&BW until I started going to this one. They don’t have as much selection as the mall of course, but the place is always nicely organized and stocked. The employees are always super friendly too. Shout out to Hayley and Gabrielle! These ladies are awesome and just good-natured people! They really make the visits enjoyable when I stop in the store and get to see them. Thank you all for your hard work, it’s really appreciated!

I cake ahead to be sure they had what I wanted. I arrived and was greeted by staff and directed to the product. Both staff members were friendly and helpful.
