Bought an apple hand soap on last day when it was on sale for $3.50 Got home and realized I didn't get the right apple scent and returned the next day for an exchange for correct apple scent. Was informed that the item was no longer on sale and would have to pay the 4.50 difference. Even though I was doing an exchange. Felt like it was bad customer service on her part and that their store inventory is overstocked. Why would a price match not matter. So I went ahead and got my $3.50 refunded, since we're standing on principles today

We like shopping at this little store so much. The shop is pretty well organized for the space so the decor brightens up the dimmer corners. The fragrances smell nice and the scented candles smell exactly as advertised. Very friendly environment and the staff handles the crowds fabulously.

Picked up an online order yesterday and really appreciated how friendly the staff were. The woman at the front door directed me exactly where I needed to go and the cashiers promptly helped me grab and checkout with my items. Thank you for such an easy and nice experience!
