If you don't wanna smell like a vanilla cake with white buttercream icing and sprinkles on top, then stay away from the new Milk Bar Birthday Cake products. Everywhere I go people stop me to ask what I'm wearing or give me complement on how good I smell. So to keep strangers outta your face or from chasing you down sniffing your scent trail just don't even buy it...leave it all for me 😋🤣😂

Usually when I visit this location, I have a very positive experience. However, during my visit today, my experience was disappointing and did not meet the level of customer service I am accustomed to as a loyal, repeat customer. I was assisted at checkout by a young lady named Dana. When I presented my rewards barcode for a free body cream (up to $18.95), Dana greeted me but immediately spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone, stating that I needed a different barcode. As someone who frequently shops here, I am familiar with how rewards work and understand that some coupons must be processed separately from a purchase. I calmly complied by showing both the rewards barcode and the barcode for the free item and explained that this particular reward typically must be processed separately,

BIG shout out, and MANY thanks to Kathleen, Chase, Allie and every employee that was working at 5am on Candle Day today! They were all so incredibly helpful, literally, with selecting and storing my 7 bags full of 84 candles! They all assisted me in carrying the bags to the front of the store while I pulled up my car to load. Chase even loaded some on a cart to help. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this location, as they were all so happy and willing to help every customer with their candle purchases. I typically shop at the locations in Allen, but I’ll be making this location my go-to location from now on! Thanks again to the McKinney location!

White Barn / Bath & Body Works Holiday candle sale is the Bomb!!! Stock up for the up coming year. This location has the best staff hands down. They are so helpful it's crazy....

This is a great store however if you are a husband reading this review and your wife has asked you to go to this store on "candle day", DO NOT GO. Black Friday is nothing compared to candle day at this place. While the staff was very well prepared for this and handled it very very well. The store was a madhouse. My wife sent me for one candle but I figured since I had to wait in line anyways I would go ahead and buy ten. I still feel like my wife tricked me into this but just know that if you go on candle day it is going to be crazy!
