Nicole is super amazing and sweet she is so kind that when my order for Vanilla Buttercream was cancelled due to the item being sold out I wasn't even upset that's how sweet she was instead, LoL I am on the way in to go splurge on more items it's what keeps me going to bbw McHenry. ♡♡♡

I love going into the store and ordering online. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you. They answer questions and help you find whatever your looking for. The staff goes above and beyond to help every customer!!!

I love ordering online and then picking up at the location. It's hit or miss as to what experience you are gonna get. Sometimes I get awesome employees that greet you and wanna help right away and they seem happy to be there. Other times, no one's at the front at all, no greet until I get to the register where they are chatting up, now I don't k ow if they are catching up on work or not, but, still watch that door!!! Either way, everyone says good bye nicely!

Asked a couple questions and both employees knew the answer. One went above and beyond to figure out when a certain scent may be returning.
