The staff is very helpful and friendly. I found everything I needed plus more. What a great selection. The environment is awesome! My favorite fragrance is Into The Night. Usually sells out fast. When I cannot find sales in store I can rely on great prices online.

Employee marked my order as “picked up” when i hadn’t even went to pick it up. Being there on Black Friday another employee tells me out loud in front of everyone “ I remember you , you already picked up your order” I kept saying check the cameras I was actually at work and just getting off. Another employee went to check the back and would you believe it… my order was in the back. Has me wondering was it her marking my stuff picked up to keep it smh. Didn’t even apologize or anything for trying to embarrass me.

I'm totally in love with the wide variety of scents in the products they offer. At Bath & Body Works, you can find items such as hand sanitizer gels or spray version, candles, hand liquid or foam soap, body mist, etc. In addition to that, customers can order items online.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location when picking up a mobile order around 4:10 PM. Upon entering, I was unsure where to go since it was my first time at this store. There were three associates near the entrance, but instead of greeting or assisting me, they were engaged in their own conversation and ignored me completely. As I made my way to the registers, other associates also failed to acknowledge me. When I finally reached the counter, I had to wait approximately five minutes while the associate, Kendra, chatted with another customer. When she finally acknowledged me, she simply asked, “Mobile order?” without any greeting or professionalism. I also had a cancelled item in my order and asked if I could exchange it while keeping my original price, to which she agreed.

Went in today to pick up an online order, but once I got to the register there was three employees just standing there trying to find the person who was in the register. Who was busy with another customer in front of the store. They just kept paging her thru their walkie talkie when obviously they could've of helped just with a simple online order. It wasn't until one of the employees who were just standing asked me if I was just a online order 🙄 apparently he was able to help me. He was a bearder man who was able to help after 5 Mims. First time I have a problem in this location
