Bath & Body Works

I just wanted to take a moment to give the biggest thank you to the kindest woman! Her name is Ashley and my husband had come in to get some of the bath and body work goods because our house burned in January and we lost everything and I felt so out of place and bland without the comfort of my smells so he went to surprise me and grab some. Well he needed some assistance in good fragrances and Ashley not only took the time to help him, listened to his story and made him feel so respected in a place that most men already feel out of place, and then she did the thing that still has us both speechless and after taking the time to help him pick out fragrances they thought I would like; she then paid for the whole thing. My son always wants to stop in here when we come to the mall. He has to get his mom hand sanitizer every time! The customer service is always great and the store is well organized! It’s also super clean!

This store was very neat and organized. The cashier was very nice and helpful as was the manager.I would recommend shopping here.

Very disappointed with January 75% sale. Very limited selection which was either Christmas related or men's products. Didn't buy anything this year. Usually spend about $50

Got some nice gifts for Christmas. There's always good deals here.
