I sure appreciate how clean and organized this store is. Even the overflow of product is nicely organized and neatly set. The staff are always kind and willing to help; and management is also very friendly. Thankful for this place, I like to get room fragrances for my lobby and bathrooms. There is always good sale of some kind too, when I drop in there.

Generally I have loved this store and been here many times. I’ve rarely made a return or exchange without a receipt, but I did today and earlier this year. Both times the person working turned from nice to annoyed and defensive for some unknown reason. I don’t understand it; like they want to make you feel bad for wanting to exchange. In the end they told me they could only do a merchandise credit which I said was completely fine. They gave me the card and then she just walked away immediately with no goodbye or anything and left the other girl staring at me and saying nothing. It was so awkward. For what purpose? Why are you mad that I wanted to exchange a brand new item?

I usually do an order online to pickup. Great sale often. I used to order online and have it delivered to my house, but if it supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, the company that is delivering it, doesn't deliver to my home. It's usually delivered to some other address, so now I just pickup at the store. So I no longer get the Online Exclusive items, sad

Customer Service is poor, not the friendliest. They are more concerned about the conversation with each other. Store is clean and well organized though, and well stocked.

Great sales, had all my favorite scents! Great customer service.
