Bath & Body Works

This is a newer location. It is much bigger than I expected. I had been to two other Bath & Body Works locations looking for something specific and I finally found it at the Marion store. It’s located between Kohls and Hobby Lobby

We always have an issue with things we ordered to pick up and they are either broken or they say they don't have it but yet when we go in it's there on the shelf.

People are always nice and the store is so well organized.

This is literally my favorite Bath & Body Works! Even today was candle day they were absolutely above and beyond helpful and friendly they helped everyone find the perfect scents and we're very friendly and kind amidst all the chaos LOL they definitely provided a wonderful shopping atmosphere and experience! I absolutely love my home store

The online order for store pickup process is shady at best. Emailing offers to get you to go through the process of ordering, using the codes and then the pickup order being cancelled. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps about the issue and no one is able to correct it or replace the expired codes. I would recommend you shop elsewhere. If you can't correct your customer service issues I can only imagine there are larger issues behind the scenes.
