During my visit to the Merchant Walk location, Queen Cecelia provided exceptional customer service. She not only introduced me to a product that has now become my favorite, but also went the extra mile by contacting another location to ensure I could secure it when her store was out of stock. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first approach are truly commendable.

My order was accidentally released before I picked it up. I called the store and spoke with Megan and she was very kind and understanding, she left a note on my order so I wouldn’t have issues picking it up. When I got to the store, everything was awesome. I purchased a Confetti spray that didn’t work from purchase and Denise replaced the sprayer so it worked. Yeyyyyyy! Queen Cecilia made sure I knew about the upcoming sale right before my birthday. Definitely my favorite location.

I noticed they had deals online so I went in store so I can be helped. This very nice and very VERY helpful employee named Mitchell helped my mother and I get amazing deals and she even explained to us how they worked. Although we did take up much of her time she was very polite and very eager to help. Thanks to her we found perfect deals within our budget and we were able to shop with satisfaction. She is the perfect person to ask for help.

Stopped by this store today with my mom to pick up an order and use a coupon. Queen Cecelia and Rhonda were so kind and helpful! They were very knowledgeable about all of their products and made sure we knew about all of the deals we could get. We had one free reward to use and Queen helped me decide which product I should get (I got the Vanilla Café Body Cream and it smells amazing!) We also noticed that they were helping the customers in front of us and explaining all of the rewards and deals they could get!

I adore this location. All of the associates are extremely friendly and helpful. They allow me to shop at my own pace, while offering suggestions on new products. I met Queen Cecilia during my last visit and she is an absolute joy.
