Had a great experience here tonight! Was told the deal was only online but then one of the managers came over and simply just over rided it and gave us the price that was only for online! We didn’t expect it at all and she was so calm and so happy to help us. Definitely deserve a raise for dealing with us haha. It shows, treat people how you want to be treated. Eva and Toni were the ones who helped us they both were so calm and so happy to us❤️❤️❤️

I literally never write reviews but I had such a positive experience here that thought I should! I've never been to Bath and Body Works before, but I had a gift card so I stopped in. Immediately I was greeted by an employee, informing me of their sale and asking if I needed any help. The store was a little busy because they just started a big sale, but that didn't stop the employees from walking around and assisting customers. The employees were knowledgeable about the products they had and the store was clean and well-organized. Awesome!

I really enjoy this location , very clean , bright and nice. Staff are not only helpful but very personable and enjoyable to talk to. They also always have a good sale going.

This Bath and Body is beautiful! Very bright and open. The employees are so helpful and kind. This space feels bigger then when they were located inside the Maplewood Mall.
