Can NOT say enough good things about this Store! The Staff here at #2869 is very helpful. (I asked for the number & name, I don’t know anyone.) The Shining Star last night for me was Erika Middlebrooks! She checked me out & when I asked for help with getting into my App & to make sure I was signed up for Emails & Bonus Offers- truly went above & beyond! She was so patient & efficient. All while juggling others that came up to Check Out after me. Really appreciated her patience & warmth. I look forward to getting back in there soon, such a great place for Gifts for everyone-especially for yourself!

This location is awful. They run sales for that day only, and so I do an online store pickup first thing that morning before 9am and the lazy staff dont bother pulling the items until last thing that day so NONE of the items are in stock! Seriously how hard is it to pull 4 items and put aside BEFORE you sell out of them? I've already paid for them, just dont have time to stand in your ridiculously long lines. This needs to improve too! Make it easier and faster to do store pickups. Stop chitchatting with customers so the lines go faster. Being in there for longer than a couple of minutes gives most people migraines so no one wants to chitchat or stand in long lines. Stop asking for phone numbers and emails too. That's annoying and none of your business. We are the customers so just sell

The store is always stocked and super clean. Managers Amber and Cabrini have amazing customer service skills. It's refreshing to go in there and feel so welcomed.

So excited to have a hometown location! The store was well stocked, and very clean. It wasn’t overly crowded with merchandise, but was such an awesome collection to choose from, with eye pleasing shelves of goodies. The lady that helped us knew just the right scent when I asked her for something that has a hint of roses. Will definitely be back. And the buy 3 get 3 free sale was a happy bonus, today. Please keep the Mansfield Tx store looking all shiny and new. Great experience.

Wonderful selection and customer service. Melissa was very warm and friendly greeting and assisting! A breath of fresh air compared to most customer service employees today.
