Although I found everything I needed and appreciated the location, the service was disappointing. A staff member named Maya treated me disrespectfully by rolling her eyes, which I found offensive.

I came here to shop for Mother's Day. I was greeted at the front by two girls who were standing there. They didn't help me or ask if there was anything I was looking for. When trying to talk to them they gave me attitude I didn't feel welcome. I put my stuff back and walked out. I love BBW but will not be returning to this location.

Love the store, always have. Sometimes the staff can be a little too friendly and aggressive with hounding you as soon as you walk through the door. One thing that really aggravates me is that they keep raising the prices every time they decide to change up the look of their bottles. I think customers care less about pretty, updated bottles and more about keeping your prices consistent. At least that's how I feel.

Heavy set cashier woman extremely rude to customers. Kept saying she’s fried at work and you can definitely tell by the way she’s talking/behaving. Holding up the line by being slow. Horrible experience, won’t be returning to this location. It’s a shame!
