Bath & Body Works

Let me start by saying I spend thousands of dollars a year buying Bath and Body Works products. I have about 12 wallflower plugs throughout my home. So you can imagine how many refills I go through, also many more products. I was in this location yesterday. I wasn't greeted and the two employees working were busy on their personal cell phones. Two of my wallflowers that were not that old started leaking at the bottom. I was told the next time that happened to just bring them in and they would exchange them. I was rudely told that unless I had a receipt that I could only exchange for the basic wallflower. They found one in my history but couldn't find the most expensive one..... hmmmm makes no sense. I’m SO happy this store opened in our neighborhood! They have the best selection of items and the staff is always really friendly & helpful. It’s my go-to for gifts and for all my favorite bath/body and home care items. 💙🩵🤍

Good size store. Love the location. Easy to get in to get what you need. Lots of parking available. Employees are extremely helpful and are there to help you find what you need and don’t need.

Staff had lots of patience with me. They helped me gifts for my staff and allowed me to do 3 transactions. They go so above and beyond the associate helped me take my bags to the car and told me about other discounts they had on other merchandise. Would highly recommend this store. This is the second awesome experience I had at this store.

Very impressed with the organization of the store and even more impressed with the friendliness of the staff! I was greeted at the door and told about the specials but didn't feel pressure- which was very welcome. I love that there is plenty of parking and the store is in a great location. Definitely will be patronizing this store for any future Bath and Body needs!
