I always have an amazing experience at this location! Staff is always very helpful without being too over bearing! Today I went in to look at some of the deals they had and Emmy / Emily was so kind, helpful and great to talk to! She recommended some of the best smelling hand soaps! I definitely will be returning for future purchases! Thanks Emmy / Emily!

Always have a great selection of products and helpful employees at this location. Great just for "stocking up" on soaps or lotions during their sales, and for gifts for holidays. Love their seasonal candle scents, especially around fall. Always make our home smell warm and cozy with products from Bath & Body Works.

Got my trusty smelling hand sanitizers. Loving them. If you haven’t purchased them do so. Great for the car and to keep at your desk. Of course I almost bought a candle. But the Angela on my right shoulder said nope “Not Today”… lol

“I have always loved shopping at this store, but my recent experience was truly disappointing. I had a simple exchange to make, but the staff, especially the manager, Sue, were extremely rude and treated me unfairly, as if I were doing something wrong. I was made to feel like a thief for no reason, which was deeply upsetting. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store.
