All of the employees were very helpful! I was doing my Christmas shopping here today and the cashier also made sure I had all of my rewards activated. There were also free clear bags with ribbons for the gifts. Great shopping experience all around, even on a cold day!

They had strawberry pound cake lipgloss tester so I asked a sales associate if they had any in stock as there were none on display so she checked the drawers on the display cabinet but didn't see any. She then inquired to manager and I waited about 5 minutes but never got a response so I left as I had other errands to run.

The workers are nice and helpful! The store is organized and clean.

The customer service at this establishment was extremely disappointing. The staff was not friendly at all and did not seem eager to assist customers. I would highly recommend going to a different location, such as Flowood, for a better experience.

Emily has thee worst customer service possible. Having to drive all the way to this location and can not redeem a coupon. Girl get a life.
