Clean well stocked store .Big sale so store was busy. Check out very slow. Not sure why most people had only a few items and paid with credit

The manager Karen is amazing, I shop here a lot excellent customer service.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Amazing set election of candles some were stinky some were yummy some you just wanted to eat. 😜 Wide variety of body washes and lotions and hand sanitizers. The hand sanitizer cases were very cute. I love the sales after holidays.

Every time I come in this store I'm never greeted or helped. Today I stood in line and watched the lady in front of me get helped by another sales worker that just walked up then she walked away from the register as if I wasn't standing in line when she was done with lady. I stood there then more people started forming a line behind me and that's when the sales associate came up to help. Side note:The original cashier was helping a woman with a big order. This store is by my house only reason I come to this one very sparingly. I will continue to drive farthere and shop at bath and body works as usual from this point foward.

I stopped by to buy a car air freshener and ended up purchasing a whole bag since they were on sale. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, even to my little companions. Although the store is a bit small, they have everything you need. It's well-maintained and thanks to the pleasant staff.
