The directions in google maps are wrong but the store itself is nice! Very organized and everything in place! The staff is helpful, friendly, and willing to answer all the questions you can throw at them! We went on Black Friday and they were still smiling and running around helping us find everything we wanted! The line was long but it moved really quickly! Overall, it was a great shopping experience.

Horrible customer service, the girls working the floor very nice, but a cashier Latino guy is very rude and disrespectful, he makes people feel very uncomfortable, before this time I had another time were another cashier put her phone number for the rewards instead of mine and I catch it after I paid, called corporate and they were able to reverse and used the correct account for the rewards, also called the store manager and she apologized and said she was going to talk to the cashier that took the order to trained her, after that I gave the store another try and to my surprise now issue with this guy who had to call a manager just because I was using 3 gift cards and he made it seem like it was a fraud because they didn’t have the same PIN number, the manager said that it was no problem

This has been my regular store for many years. I moved to the area in 2008, so whenever Wiregrass opened I started shopping. This particular store has been declining in recent years in regards to customer service and today I really felt corporate would not be pleased with the level of customer service and representation of their brand. As soon as we walked in I quickly noticed the loud level of music. It was similar to a night club and not the peaceful shopping for gifts that I was doing. Now I have disabilities and do quickly become over stimulated, but this was not just me. I couldn’t even communicate to talk to my husband and I was yelling to give commands to my Service dog. I saw 4 employees standing around and 2 of them singing to the loud music. I’m glad they’re having fun at work, b

Smells good and large selection. Prices are definitely cheaper than the regular stores. The staff was friendly and the holiday stuff is on display in the middle of the store, so if you are going there for your seasonal needs you wont have to look far to find them!

Rebeca helped me at the register and was very helpful and kind to me. Excellent service, she's amazing. My purchase was very large and she was happy to scan all my items with the biggest smile.
