Bath & Body Works

I hope this reaches corporate....I came in on Thursday after going to 4 different Bath & Body Works stores from Park Meadows all the way over to West Littleton to find the Rapunzel pedestal. Of course, I found out about it 1 week after the princess collection hit the stores and everywhere was sold out including this store. However, Leah was kind enough to call the last store I hadn't checked yet to see if they had any and potentially save me a trip in case they didn't. However, they had 2. It truly made my day so much I even asked for a hug which she happily obliged. It is one thing to have great customer service but to go out of her way for a customer just speaks volumes to the kind of person she is. Super friendly staff! Love the size of the store and the layout (a lot smaller than most and not nearly as cluttered or claustrophobic). Got out of there for under $30 today. That has to be a record of some ko d!

Leah went out of her way to make sure my daughters and I made our holiday ideas work for a picky shopper. Highly recommend this store for it's management and personnel, and thank you Leah for the time you took to make our holiday gift opportunities as near "the mark" as you could.

Today's experience here was over the top great. My daughter had her mind on one thing the clerk was immediately helpful and made her day. We found all we wanted and the store smelled amazing as expected. All the staff was very friendly and outstanding customer service.

Thank you to Amanda and team for making my holiday shopping a breeze ! I got some good deals and although it was a busy time, they took the time to make sure each person on my list got the perfect gift. I am glad I decided to shop at this location; they made a customer for life.
