Store location is good and nicely organized. My positive experience is based on my interaction with the lovely salesperson with an Irish accent. She's absolutely wonderful - patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Each time I go there, she never brushes me off with my questions, especially if I am asking about how I can apply coupons. I hope she is there today when I go pick up my online order, so I can get her name!

I didn’t catch her name but she had really cool glasses and she was so sweet I came today and she helped me with so much! I definitely want to come back for her product knowledge! Amazing employees I am very comfortable shopping in this store! They were genuinely happy for me finding my favorite products and I love collecting their three wick candles. The manager is also very helpful and knowledgeable! Amazing crew!

Apart from the girl with the cool glasses, most of the staff at this location was so unhelpful… A friend and I didnt even ask difficult questions, we just wanted to know if something was in stock or if they carry this scent we saw a couple months ago. And everyone was so unhelpful, their vocabularies was only consisted of “i don’t know”. AND my friend bought a hand sanitizer where the packaging was cracked and we didn’t notice until we got home, so we went back to exchange bc it became half-empty. To the girl w curly long hair and the bandana that was closing on March 1st evening. I swear to god you were so rude, didn’t really care about our needs (which wasn’t really even a big need) we wanted to exchange for sth that YOU MESSED UP !!! Never coming back to this location again. Yall need t

Very Rude employees at this location!!! Multiple neighbors in the area warned about this location but I didn't believe it until I saw that with my own eyes! I wanted to exchange an item that was barely used and caused me a rash!! And the 2 ladies (middle aged) at the register refused to even listen and deminished my problem!!! No wonder why people don't use bath and body works anymore! Because customer service matter!!! And these 2 ladies were horribly rude!!! Very disappointing!

I visited this store today and the staff were very helpful and friendly. But one lady was a little rude to me when I asked a price of a new gift bag as the tag was missing and she was little rude in answering to my question. Apart from that I had a good experience at the store.
