Bath & Body Works

I love walking into Bath &Body works the pleasant smells of all the different products I buy the hand soaps. I don’t use a soap dish. It’s nice not to have it in my bathroom. It’s more sanitary to me to have the pump and just get the soap on your hands without gooey soap dish.the staff is always so helpful and pleasant and there are so many product. Prices are reasonable.

Mari my cashier was great. She was extremely helpful. She is an amazing sales person. Got me the better deal between getting hand soap vs the refill cartons. I left the store will my haul and when went to the car to check my receipt I realized the price of hand soaps didn’t ring up right. I went back and she was happy to return everything and ring it at the correct price. Most sales people I’ve encountered have always said no, that I had to say something before I checked out. I made sure to tell her manager that she was extremely patient with me and super helpful! Will come back and always ask for her!

I came into the store for a return which should have been simple enough but the manager Trisha seemed to be in a very bad mood. And very confrontational. Which made the returning process very difficult. I have been shopping at bath and body works for over 25 years. And never have, I ever had an experience in returns like this. So I called customer service explain to customer service. What kind of treatment I got and their explanation of returns did not align with what Trisha said with Trisha's ignorance. She end up losing her store money. I highly recommend going to a different bath and body works where they will treat you right!!!

Im so hooked to Bath & Body works products. They just keep reeling me in like a fish on a line with all kind of coupons, I just love it.
