I usually love this store but my last experience was Black Friday (today) was not so great.. I was in shopping with my dad and I had to go use the restroom and he was holding my stuff for me in line and the lady wouldn’t let me back in so I could pay for my stuff because of the line they had. I waited by the employee and a gentleman right next to me told the employee “my wife is in the waiting for me” she goes “oh ok you can go in” I was literally shook.. they need better employees.

Came in to use a gift card. We did not know how much was on it. We asked a staff member, who scanned it, and said it had $15.00. After choosing a few items in the store, we proceeded to the cash register where we were told the gift card did not have a balance. Despite the staff member confirming that the gift card did actually have funds on it when she scanned it only a few moments ago, the store refused to honor the gift card. The store refused any other help, except to call a support number, which was not open. Very frustrating experience.

I have been a BBW customer for a very long time. I have never had an issue with any store I’ve ever shopped at, until today. I placed an order, it charged my card (yes, a temporary hold/charge). It wasn’t a huge order just some soaps and wallflowers. I get the email that they (The Layton Hills mall) received my order. Unbeknownst to me, they are currently under construction and had maintenance people working there doing I don’t know what… I explained that I placed an order and the Korean maintenance lady working there not only refused to listen to me but other than calling me a liar, told me “there is no way that you placed an order” “but I have a charge and I have an order number” she wouldn’t even look at my phone… no apologies nothing. They keep telling me the coupons sent to my email have been used, even though they definitely haven't been. This has happened several times. Instead of helping their customers in the store, their only solution is for me to call customer support. I am not wasting more of my time on hold for a problem that is theirs.

I had a issued with my gift card not working, and the Manager Sherri was so helpful! She went way above and beyond to get the issue fixed! She was patient and just perfect with the situation! Customer service are rude and not knowledge with gift card issues.
