Bath & Body Works

It is a nice store and well kept. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. During the holiday season though, be prepared for a crowded store and long lines at checkout. Otherwise it is a nice place with lots of good smelling stuff.

got my things and i was satisfied with the product. but the service is all around terrible. the black lady specifically was so rude to me. i was looking at the drawers until she said we couldn’t go through them which is understandable. unfortunately she snatched product out of my hand when i’m gladly responsible for putting it back. it feels intentional and rude and it was honestly super poor customer service from the lady specifically, as someone who works in retail i would never expect audacity from a employee like that. hope she is well. but employees could be better!

The store manager Linda was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I came during their 75% off sale. Linda was sweet enough to walk around the store with me and help me.

Hmmm. Overall good store. Poorly managed often tho. Unnecessary lines when there is plenty if staff kind of thing. Or canceling part of peoples orders because they are "out" yet says in stock online and in store. So yea. I love bbw but sometimes u guys try people's patience at such a freakin expensive store.

Linda and Tammy are wonderful! We had a large return and felt really bad about it, but they reassured us saying “in the end what’s important is taking care of you guys”. I truly appreciate them and their hospitality. This is the reason we shop at this store.
