My experience was closed out in such a beautiful way. I purchased lots of product for an event and was unable to carry to my car. When I asked if I could use a cart to push out my bags, I was met with a “give me a second”. A Special Shoutout to Nep for assisting to carry my bags to the car for me. What a surprise thank you for going above and beyond! Great customer service. The store is beautiful and well organized.

I had an amazing shopping experience this Sunday thanks to Dee! I had been to two different Bath & Body Works locations searching for a specific product, but no one could help me. When I walked into the store, she went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to find exactly what I was looking for, and even recommended other great products I wouldn’t have thought to try. Her customer service was outstanding—she was patient, friendly, and truly cared about making sure I left satisfied. It’s rare to come across someone as dedicated and helpful as Dee . She turned what started as a frustrating search into a fantastic shopping experience. I’ll definitely be returning to this location because of her! This location is easy to get to, there’s plenty of parking and they have great hours. The store is always neat, organized and fragrances are easy locate. The manager Katrina fantastic! She is very personable and extremely professional! I placed an order using the app for in store pickup during one of the $5.95 body care sales about a month ago. This was my first time placing an order for pickup. Apparently all of items I wanted sold out and my order was cancelled. I didn’t see the email stating the order cancellation until I was already at the store. I was so upset. Katrina was so calm, she checked multiple times to confirm my order was indeed cancelled. I really wanted the Perfect in Pink lip oil but it was sold out. She saw how upset I was and offered to let me select another lip gloss a

This Bath and Body Works has some of the kindest and most polite staff I have ever encountered. Every time I visit, I am greeted with a warm smile and genuine offers to help without feeling pressured. Especially the manager Katrina. The employees are always sweet, especially Sydney! They are knowledgeable making sure I find exactly what I need. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority and they consistently go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. I love Katrina and Sydney!

Staff is excellent, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I enjoy my visit each time. Store stays stocked. Also wanted to shout out Katrina, the store manager, she's awesome. Always pleasant and helpful. She also remembers her customers and that's special.
