Bath & Body Works

This was my first time visiting this Bath & Body Works location as someone from Pennsylvania who lives in Florida for the winter. The day that I visited this location, the second part of the Disney Princess collection had just released. (2/13/2026) When I went in to pick up my in store online order, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though my pickup order was initially messed up, after talking to a staff member, she quickly fixed it and apologized for the error. I also was able to pick up a few extras for my mom back home as we had already sold out of the princess collection. Even though it was a little hectic and crazy to get around in the store on that particular day, every staff member that I talked to and was assisted by was very nice and patient. The store was well organized, stocked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Customer service was exceptional as the staff informed you of any sale or deals they have at the current time.

older hispanic lady at the cashier was very rude. i was trying to redeem my reward for one of the wallflower refills (to which the reward says it only excludes wallflower PLUGS, pocketbac holders, or any other decorative items) she told me it was for body care only. when i tried to give her my phone to redeem it she instead swiped away from my reward to scan my wallet, and refused to try to use my reward. she was very rude and unhelpful, and i ended up driving to a different friendlier location to get my reward corrected to which the employee said it was untrue that the reward was only for body care.

An excruciating exercise in human patience. I want to start by saying everyone here is incredibly friendly- 5/5 for sure. But this location is painful. It is admittedly extremely busy and while it is well staffed, the store is always packed and the wait to check out is on another level. Any hope of getting in and out in under 30 minutes is non-existent. Bath and Body Works needs to put more people on the registers and less people on the floor pushing merchandise, which is excessive and invasive. While they are just doing their jobs and I am always polite, there are so many on the floor, you have to tell a dozen people “thank you, but I know what I’m looking for- appreciate the help.” This is in no way a reflection of the staff, who are great, but Bath and Body Works corporate policy of

Went to pickup an order during my lunch hour and this store is awesome! There is a separate order pickup station which is very efficient. The employees were super friendly and helpful. I ordered the new Maleficent dragon castle candle holder (I know, that's a mouthful), and an employee informed they had a one still in a box if I preferred. I definitely took the offer since I still had to go back to work and it would be more secure in the box until I got home in the evening. I also had a free reward and wanted to get a body mist; the one I wanted was only available online, but the employee suggested a similar scent that I liked. Overall a great experience and the friendly employes definitely make it so.
