I stopped in this store around 4:30 pm on Wednesday afternoon. There were 3 women working that I could tell. I couldn’t find the scent I was looking for in men’s cologne, So I moved onto the wallflowers as they were on sale 10 for $35.00. One of the workers noticed me, And we had a brief conversation as she was busy. Another worker, I’m guessing the cashier was talking to me and I inquired about a certain scent. She then asked another worker with long silvery/blonde hair about the scent. Her reply was “I don’t know, I don’t like that scent. It doesn’t matter to me if we have it or not!” I made the comment someone was hateful. She then started talking about me loud enough to be heard. I stopped by this store today 1/3/26 to see what they had left of the semi annual sale and I was excited to see that they brought back the Liplicious lip gloss line from years ago. The checkout line was very long because for some reason there was only one register open and the lady who rang up my items was incredibly rude. I mentioned to her how excited I was to see that lip gloss back in stores and she rudely replied “I don’t remember them”. You could tell she was miserable and didn’t want to be there. If someone hates their job that bad, it may be time to leave.

Hands down top-notch customer service by Elissa. Not only did she save me from using my 25% off coupon since I had a reward on my account that I had completely forgotten about, but she went the extra mile with assisting me with a specific product I have been debating trying. I have extremely sensitive skin and have successfully been able to use select lotion and shampoo/conditioners, but have yet to try the laundry products in fear of my sensitivity. Elissa was able to send me home with a sample of the laundry booster crystals so I could “try before I buy”. Never before has anyone gone to these measures to assist me with my fear of buying something I may not be able to use. A huge THANK YOU to Elissa for exceeding my every expectation.

Excellent staff and selection. This is the only Bath and Body Works my wife will go to now. Employees always make her feel welcome which makes the buying experience top notch. One employee In particular we think his name was Damon was really kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The staff are always the best! I actually like the store front outside of a mall setting as this provides ease of access and is more time efficient, especially if I'm on a crunch for said time but really need to restock or whatever. There's always parking and the location is good for me as it's super close to home. For me, that is .
