Do I love the remodel? Yes. Have I had wonderful experiences with the managers? Yes. But- more than once have a few of the girls running the cash registers made me feel like I’m inconveniencing them just by shopping! Def needs to be addressed.

The new Kerrville location is so beautiful! The staff are always kind, welcoming and so friendly. Mari, the manager runs a great store. Shelby made the Villains display pop! So nice and inviting. I am digging the upgrade. Great job Mari! I always look forward to coming into your location to shop.

Can say I will never shop at this location again, the cashier had an issue with me for no reason what so ever. I was nothing but kind I kept saying thank you & was continuing to be nice to her even though all I got was rudeness or she straight up ignored me. She spoke to me like I was an idiot and like I was inconveniencing her day. No one made you work here, if you don’t like talking to people or you are obviously not good at it then go find a different job. Wish I got her name but doesn’t matter, I’ll stick to ordering online.

Great store and friendly staff, they even told me about some upcoming sales so I can stock up on candles before the holidays.

Really nice store with a great staff.
