I went looking for something for my mother for Christmas, when miss Karen showed up and helped me out, she asked if I found everything okay and I told her that I was looking for something special for my mom, then she helped me pick out something nice, when I had told her that I was upset the the body care deal was over and I couldn't afford to buy my mom something else, she went out of her way to pay for my items, god bless that woman 🙏🏾💙

Great place to explore scents, very kind workers, until I bring my current fragrances from home with receipt and I asked cashier(Not revealing name)for an exchange from my current fragrances that I bought from their app to new fragrances I found in-store until cashier refuse to do it. Just because I have the old fragrances from clearance doesn't mean it should match the price with new fragrances that are regular prices, this is ridiculous. I will never go here ever again if this keeps up. Don't tell me I'm wrong why do you think "exchange" exists for. Before I have to deal this issue, previous cashiers don't mind it at all that's what I love about Bath Body Works and encourages me to support them. I will remember the faces whether I stay or leave, I'll stay if that specific cashier isn't t

This place has really good stuff. Their R&D department needs an award. Highly recommend.

Semi annual sale hasn't been that good the last 2 times. I couldn't find anything worth purchasing. No coupons, Horrible selection, no good deals, always selling out. I don't like the new fruity sweet smells and the classics are hard to find. Shipping should be free. I hope this is not the new normal. Where are my coupons.

Though they didn't have much left to choose from in the sale bins the day I visited, the sales associates were very pleasant and helpful. I felt like a valued customer. I believe one of the beautiful souls was Danielle.🙂 I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the staff and will return. Keep up the good work ladies!😇
