I absolutely love this store. Bath & Body Works always feels like a little fairytale — beautiful scents, cozy atmosphere, and so much care in every detail. The store is incredibly inviting, everything is aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully arranged. The products are high quality, and the fragrances instantly lift your mood. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoy coming here and always leave inspired and in a great mood.🌸

Bath & Body Works is always such a fun stop for me. I went in the other day to check out the new scents, and one of the employees helped me find a fragrance that matched what I usually like. They even pointed out a deal I didn’t know about, which made me grab an extra item. The store smelled amazing, everything was neatly organized, and the whole vibe was super inviting.

I used to love going to this store but it was worst this visit. A lady from the store her name was Bri on name tag standing when I ask her for helping me find something instead of assisting me she was talking to an employee and gave me really rude attitude. When I went to the cashier she helped me find the item I was looking for. However my time was wasted earlier because the other lady was busy instead of helping. I did not like that kind of Behaviour. And I asked the cashier that I wanna talk to manager and she said she’s the manager. If she’s a manager she should know how to talk and assist people.

I placed an order for pickup on November 13th, and I went to pick it up the next day at 6:30 pm. It's a busy time with sales, and I understand that the employees might be tired and eager to go home, but I find it unacceptable that I, too, was tired after leaving my job to pick up my order after a 12-hour workday. I ARRIVED FIRTH at the pickup area, where there was no one else waiting for an order, and another woman arrived after me. A worker named BEA with dark skin and a thin build (so her manager can easily identify her), disrespectfully, rudely, and unprofessionally decided to serve the person who arrived after me, even though I was the first one there.
