Please bring back the round car fragrance refills! They no longer sell in Joplin but i was told i could go to Springfield to get them or online. Ugh, do better BBW, bring back the rounds to Joplin and this market needs them!

The product selection was good. However, they ran out quickly of fall hand soaps. I really like pumpkin cupcake foaming hand soap, and I can't get any more. I had earned 1 Reward, from my past purchases. I went to Bath and Body Works. I picked up some items. I also picked up the Wallflower Snowflake Nightlight. I wanted to use my Reward, but the male associate told me Wallflower nightlights are excluded for rewards. So I didn't purchase it. I felt it was too expensive, that is why I wanted to use my Reward, and pay the difference. The young male associate asked me if I wanted to use my reward. I told him no. When I got back home and looked at my receipt, he had used my reward. When I had told him no, This happened in Joplin, MO, at Northpark Mall. The date was either October 18th or 19th,

Went for black friday and it was amazing. I hadn't been to this location before and it went very smooth for as busy as it was. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They had a great sale that ended today. I earned a reward from today's purchases. I chose a 1-wick candle for my reward. The staff was very helpful!

I've been shopping now for 3 years ordering online and going in the store and picking up. Today,I have done just that and I had beat the order to the store. I was waited on by a young lady named Kendall. She not only helped me find my order since I had arrived too early but at the same time we're still managing 26 other orders. 🤯🙀 Very impressive and courteous. Thank you for helping me Kendall.
