Store had a buy 3, get 3 free deal. I picked up 6 of my favorite body wash scent. Three were marked $14.95, and three were marked $15.95. Instead of accepting their mistake because of new packaging and giving them to me at the lower price, the manager offered to put the less expensive ones back and give me all of ones marked $15.95...while it only amounted to $3, it's just poor business!!!

The employees are so sweet and always give a warm greeting with a smile and the store is super adorable love the scents especially the oh cherry, your the one and the gingham glow smell so amazing there's other scents that I love but those are my top 3 favs !!!!❤️❤️❤️

While the staff and the products meet the highest expectations, it's a turn off to me if I shop at a store that looks dirty to me....the floors looked neglected and the windows were a disgrace, they were full of greasy looking fingerprints and smears and generally all around dirty, they had not been cleaned for awhile. It may seem petty to a lot of people to complain about dirty windows but I suspect a lot of people would agree that the all-around appearance of a store makes a shopping experience good or bad..maybe I just happened to go at a bad time but it left an impression and I think I'll just stick to my favorite store at the mall.
