After driving 80 min. round trip today, I discovered that the boy who checked me out put the SAME 2 ITEMS I had brought in to exchange (due to being damaged) in my bag INSTEAD OF THE REPLACEMENTS I had brought up to him. This in addition to charging me more than I had paid for one of the items … until I questioned why since it was an even exchange. So, ANOTHER TRIP will be needed to exchange AGAIN the same items. It’s getting too exhausting dealing with this company. ———————— Wish I could give more stars. Often I have a rather enjoyable time here. I find that at least one of the staff (who has long, straight, black hair) really needs to consider how their demeanor may impact the customer experience. No one said working with the public is easy. This Bath & Body Works is located in the Johnson Creek Oulet Mall. It is a fabulous location with a great selection of new and classic body sprays, perfumes, candles (3-wick and single wick), air freshners, hand sanitizers, soap, and laundry scent beads. They have a large clearance section where you can snag some great deals! There is plenty of parking in the large, free parking lot. This store is wheelchair accessible.

Got some deals. Manager was very helpful and greeted me with genuine courtesy. She helped me figure through sales and what I wanted. Definitely would go back.

Love this store! There are always a few people that help me when I’m there. An older woman who is at the front is hilarious. There are two managers too, Kenzie and then another with tattoos on her arm I can’t remember the name. Great clean store and lots to choose from. Definitely worth the trip!

They have the nicest people working here.
